Utilizing wells, pipelines, reservoirs, pumping facilities and treatment plants, we build and maintain modern and efficient water delivery systems that serve agricultural, residential and municipal clients.

United is a governmental entity authorized to finance, construct and operate water delivery and sanitation systems.

​Our district is uniquely positioned to coordinate financing and infrastructure needs for agricultural communities and small municipalities that may not have the resources to develop long-term water solutions.

United and its staffers are good neighbors, donating time, labor, land and money, from providing 4‑H scholarships to donating land for an RTD park-and-ride.
